If you are experiencing technical difficulties, you can create a support ticket and request assistance, or view an existing ticket via its public tracking ID (note: this is different from your ticket number, please refer to the emails you received when your ticket was created). Tickets may also be generated here for Computer Build Requests, or other kinds of Commercial Inquiries.
If you wish to update or check on the status of an existing ticket and you do not know your tracking ID, you must call us directly at 352-641-0310 or email us at support@alaridtech.com to request your tracking ID.
